3. Products and Specifications
Jazari Aerospace supplies Boeing Standard (STD) tooling items as defined in Boeing's Standard Tooling documentation. All products are supplied to the exact specification identified by the relevant STD number. Jazari Aerospace does not supply alternative, substitute, or equivalent items. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for reference purposes and are based on publicly available Boeing documentation. Customers are responsible for verifying that the STD number they order is the correct item for their maintenance requirement.
4. Pricing and Quotations
All prices are provided by quotation only. A Request for Quote (RFQ) submitted through this website does not constitute a binding order or a commitment by Jazari Aerospace to supply at any particular price. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to availability. Jazari Aerospace reserves the right to withdraw or amend a quotation at any time prior to acceptance of a purchase order.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed only when Jazari Aerospace issues a written order confirmation in response to a purchase order submitted by the customer. The contract is governed by these terms and conditions. Any terms or conditions contained in the customer's purchase order that conflict with these terms are expressly excluded unless agreed in writing by a director of Jazari Aerospace Ltd.
6. Payment
Payment terms are as stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Trade account holders with approved net-30 terms must pay within 30 days of the invoice date. Jazari Aerospace reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Title to goods does not pass to the customer until payment in full has been received.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Free worldwide shipping is available exclusively to approved Jazari Aerospace trade account holders. Orders placed without a trade account are subject to shipping charges as quoted. Delivery times are estimates only and Jazari Aerospace accepts no liability for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees applicable in their country of import.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details of the conditions under which goods may be returned. Orders may not be cancelled after dispatch without prior written agreement from Jazari Aerospace.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jazari Aerospace's total liability to the customer in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with a contract shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the goods giving rise to the claim. Jazari Aerospace shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
