Returns Policy

1. Overview

Jazari Aerospace supplies Boeing Standard (STD) tooling to aviation maintenance professionals. Due to the safety-critical nature of aerospace tooling, we apply strict conditions to returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] before submitting a return request.

2. Eligible Returns

A return may be accepted in the following circumstances. The item received does not match the STD number specified in the order confirmation. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival. The item was dispatched in error by Jazari Aerospace. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and documentation.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return. Items that have been opened, used, or installed. Items ordered incorrectly by the customer (including incorrect STD number or quantity). Items that have been modified or damaged after delivery. Items returned without prior written authorisation from Jazari Aerospace. Jazari Aerospace does not accept returns on the basis of a change of mind or ordering error by the customer.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order reference number, the STD number of the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancy. We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number if the return is approved. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to an error by Jazari Aerospace (incorrect item dispatched or item damaged in transit), we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Where a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned using a tracked and insured shipping service. Jazari Aerospace accepts no liability for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Refunds and Replacements

Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, Jazari Aerospace will, at its discretion, issue a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Jazari Aerospace will not refund any customs duties, import taxes, or third-party charges incurred by the customer.
