Modern Slavery Statement
Financial year ending 31 December 2025 | Last updated: May 2025
Introduction
This statement is made by Jazari Aerospace Ltd pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Jazari Aerospace Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
Our Business
Jazari Aerospace Ltd is a specialist supplier of Boeing Standard (STD) tooling, operating from the United Kingdom and the United States. We supply MRO organisations, airlines, and defence operators worldwide. Our supply chain consists primarily of established aerospace tooling manufacturers and distributors operating in regulated markets. We do not manufacture goods ourselves.
Our Policies
Jazari Aerospace maintains internal policies that reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity. These include our supplier code of conduct, which sets out the standards we expect from all suppliers, and our whistleblowing policy, which provides a confidential channel for employees and third parties to raise concerns about unethical conduct, including potential modern slavery.
Due Diligence
We conduct due diligence on our supply chain to identify and address the risk of modern slavery. This includes reviewing the countries of origin and manufacture of the products we supply, assessing the risk profile of our suppliers, and requiring suppliers to confirm their compliance with applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws. We prioritise suppliers who operate in jurisdictions with strong labour protections and regulatory oversight.
Risk Assessment
We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain as low. The aerospace tooling sector is highly regulated, and our suppliers are predominantly based in the United Kingdom, United States, and other OECD countries with robust labour laws and enforcement mechanisms. We continue to monitor developments in our supply chain and will update our risk assessment as our business grows.
Training and Awareness
We are committed to ensuring that all employees and relevant contractors are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand their responsibilities under this statement and the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Awareness of modern slavery risks forms part of our onboarding process for new employees.
Reporting Concerns
Any person who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with Jazari Aerospace or our supply chain is encouraged to report them to us at [email protected]. All reports will be treated in confidence and investigated promptly.
Approval
This statement has been approved by the board of directors of Jazari Aerospace Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
